MAINTENANCE & SERVICE PROGRAMS
SPX Flow understands the value of a Preventive Maintenance Schedule.
Mixer health relies heavily on predictive and preventative maintenance. That’s because when things are running smoothly, sometimes the simplest things are overlooked and routine maintenance tasks such as visual oil inspections and lubrication intervals are missed. Of course this can lead to problems down the road. Problems that could have been prevented with a predictive and preventative maintenance program. Our programs are intended to extend the life of your mixer while minimizing or preventing unscheduled downtime.
Our Maintenance and Service Programs include:
- Multi-Point Visual Inspection
- Vibration, Noise & Temperature Check
- Motor Inspection
- Vibration, Noise & Temperature Trending
- Review & Maintenance of Spares Inventory
- Bi-Annual Mixer & Motor maintenance
- Wetted Parts Inspection
- Oil Sampling & Analysis
