Ãâ·Ñ³Ô¹Ï Announces Dwight Gibson as President of Its Food and Beverage Segment
CHARLOTTE, N.C.,ÌýJune 1, 2016Ìý// --ÌýÃâ·Ñ³Ô¹Ï, Inc. (NYSE: FLOW) today announcedÌýDwight GibsonÌýas President of the Food and Beverage segment, effectiveÌýJune 6, 2016. Upon joining the company, it is also planned that Gibson will be named an officer. Gibson succeedsÌýMarc MichaelÌýas President of the Food and Beverage segment and will report directly to Michael who was appointed President and CEO of Ãâ·Ñ³Ô¹Ï onÌýJanuary 1, 2016.

SinceÌýJune 2015, Gibson served as President of Strategic Initiatives forÌýIngersoll Rand'sÌýClimate segment. Gibson joinedÌýIngersoll RandÌýin 2004 and served in a variety of general management, business development and product management roles. FromÌýOctober 2011ÌýtoÌýJune 2015, Gibson served as Vice President and General Manager for the Thermo King Europe,ÌýMiddle EastÌýandÌýAfricaÌýtruck and trailer business, with more than 800 employees in 80 EMEA countries. During that time, he was based inÌýBrussels, Belgium. Prior to joiningÌýIngersoll Rand, Gibson was a consultant with McKinsey and Company. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration fromÌýHoward UniversityÌýas well as an MBA fromÌýStanford University. Gibson also received a Master of Science degree in International Strategy and Diplomacy from theÌýLondon School of Economics.
